Products

Your catalogue of goods and services: create services and stocked products, set up prescription items, build kits from components, browse the catalogue, and organise everything with categories.

Create a service

A service is something you bill for but don’t hold in stock — consulting, a subscription, labour. It needs only a revenue account, so it’s the simplest product to set up.

Create a stocked product

A stocked product (a finished good) is a physical item you hold in a warehouse. It’s inventory-tracked, so beyond a revenue account it also needs inventory and cost-of-goods-sold accounts.

Set up a prescription product

A prescription product is a regulated item — a medication or controlled substance. On top of the stocked-good settings it carries compliance fields that govern how it’s dispensed and tracked.

Activate a product

Every product and service is created as a draft, so you can finish setting it up first. Only an active product can be added to quotations, invoices, bills, and stock — activate it from its detail page when it’s ready.

Browse the product catalogue

The catalogue lists every product — services and goods alike — with at-a-glance totals and filters, so you can find what you sell and stock quickly.
