Create a product invoice

Bill a customer for goods from your catalogue. A product line links to a stocked item and draws from a warehouse, so quantities and revenue stay accurate.

Before you start

Start a new invoice and choose the customer.

Pick a product on the line.

Use the product picker to select a catalogue item. Its description and revenue account fill in automatically.

Enter the quantity, price, and tax.

Set the quantity, unit price, and tax rate for the product line. mujez previews the line and invoice totals.

For a stocked item you also choose the warehouse to sell from; mujez shows the available quantity and relieves stock when the invoice is issued — a draft never reserves stock.

Save the draft invoice.

The product invoice opens as a draft, ready to review and issue.
